dry and tasteless duck confit
I'm not sure how on earth they managed to make something that's cooked in it's own fat bone dry and tasteless, but they did. I was really disappointed. The salads we had were good and so was desert, the place is cute and service fine but main courses left a lot to be desired.

Delicious brunch!
I came here for brunch and the food was delicious! Everything on my plate tasted wonderful -- even the side salad and home fries that came with my eggs Benedict. My only complaint was the service was a little brusque, but it was Sunday brunch and very crowded, so I wasn't surprised.

Overrated, underwhelmed.
Their food is completely insipid. I am convinced that most people who rate have no taste. Pasta was already congealed by the time they served it, and mussels were overcooked. Martinis were ok, and the ambiance is the typical bistro in nyc. People were nice. Go for a drink, skip the food.

Same food over, over and over!!!
As one of the regulars, the Flea market bistro is a nice place to eat in once in a while, the downside is that this restaurant has the same menu for ever! i don't remember going to this restaurant and see something new on the menu, specials are always the same. and the waitstaff is realy unprofessional. the only good thing that happened to this place, they ve changed their music playlist yeeeeey!!!

surprisingly great
Been here several times, and have been consistently pleasantly surprised by the specials. The regular menu is pretty standard, and not bad, but the specials have never disappointed. Came in for the early bird special and was surprised again. A decent french meal with wine for 13 bucks. Are you kidding? Best go-to spot in the East Village.

Good Food
I came here for brunch, and the atmosphere was great. The food was pretty good and fresh. The servers were really friendly. I enjoyed my time and I absolutely love how they decorated inside.

Come, eat, drink, enjoy!
I've been here 3 times now and I keep returning for a reason. I love it! I've seriously never had a bad thing here (including the dishes of my fellow diners). I cannot say nicer things about a place. It's also super cute.
