I only go there sometimes when I have to go to the post office or Duane Reade. They never never get my order right, not even for bagels. I just opened my bagel and it's totally wrong. If you get something more complicated that isn't premade, forget it. And their premade items have no flavors. Such a shame they replaced Whitehall, it was so much better.

They charged me $5.64 for a bacon, egg and cheese wrap, that is insane. The food is good but not that good.

This is probably one of the best places in the area to get salads - it's one price. You first select the greens and meat of your choice. Then, you can add all the items you want. Their dressings are pretty good.

I was looking forward to a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll. I thought the bacon looked weird. It tasted weird and it was TURKEY BACON which is a non starter in my book. They should tell you that first. Bacon should be made from pork. Other than that the place is nice.

The vodka sauce shrimp pasta with unlimited vegies is terrific. It costs around $10 but is totally worth it. They have great services too and decent deserts. It looks clean and bright which is very appealing. One of my favorite places to have lunch in the area.

Flavors has really great and healthy choices that they put together in generous portions, including big salads and full meals (i.e. chicken parmesan w/ sides). The food is fresh, it's good, and the prices are reasonable (though it's more expensive than the chinese buffets accross the street). Pretty perfect for an early dinner for all the suits downtown. :)

Outside tables and a friendly staff help some of the area's best breakfast and lunch fare. Great sandwiches, panini, and soup and salad. Highly recommended. Not too pricey.
