One of the Best in park Slope
Although the service can be a bit lacking at times (it's sort of quirky, if you don't have anywhere to be) this is one of the best restaurants in Park Slope. The vegetables are always frresh, the meat is incredibly flavorful, and almost every dish I have had has been delicious. Seasonal menu always changes and is always good. Eat here! Much better than many of the restaurants around it.

Awesome Evening
We celebrated our colleague moving to another job out of state. The food was amazing- cooked to perfection and savory. Our waitress was great and patient with us as we couldn't stay on task to order. She explained the menu, specials, and make great drink recommendations. She had great timing throughout the night. Our experience was great- as it should be in any restaurant but this night was close to perfection!

Our wedding celebration was wonderful !
We had our small wedding celebration with our family and friends. We enjoyed amazing food, service and atmosphere. Our family and friends really had a great time and Damon made our special day a memorable one. We researched many restaurants around in our area (we live in Park Slope) and Flatbush Farm was very accommodating to our needs and wishes! Many thanks

Quiet, comfortable atmosphere, top-notch food
Good, solid menu. You can really taste the high quality of the ingredients they use. Presentation is meticulous and even a little whimsical. Spacious, comfy interior space that isn't ruined by bad music, as so many New York restaurants are. Unobtrusive, attentive service. A little too pricey, perhaps. But their maple walnut cake w/ caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream is the best damn dessert I've tasted in years, no exaggeration.

Really nice restaurant
I really enjoyed this place. I had a very delicious chicken dish. The atmosphere was very nice, but not like it was trying too hard. And, the service was perfectly fine.

Horrible Services
Ive been here a few times as I live just down the street on 6th avenue, and it used to be a nice experience, good food, nice atmosphere, good drinks. but the last time i went we sat down and waited to order...and waited...and waited. and finally got up and left and went down the street to Frannys. Maybe hit it up for brunch (although the brunch food isnt all that amazing) since service seems to be ok early in the day, but not worth it for dinner.

well, i didn't leave a tip...
this is the first review i've ever felt compelled to write, after the first time ever not leaving a tip (and i eat out a lot). the place is beautiful. the music is great. the bread and rosemary butter was good. my dinner was absolutely delicious i had the ricotta gnocchi. then the evening took a nosedive... my boyfriend's cast iron chicken was undercooked. unfortunately he didn't realize it until halfway through, hoping it was just "juicy." the second half of his dinner was inedible, but he couldn't send it back to be re-fired because not once did the waitress come to check on us. mind you, the restaurant was not busy at all (and on a saturday evening, that should tell you something). after i finished my entree she finally reappeared to take our plates. she asked if he wanted the chicken wrapped up. he politely said no and explained that the chicken was actually undercooked and that's why he couldn't finish it. "okay," was her response as she took that plate and walked away. Okay?! no that's not okay! at minimum, an apology on behalf of the kitchen is in order, especially for a $20 entree. we tried to remain hopeful and accepted her offer of dessert menus. she dropped them off and that was the last time she came to our table. she didn't tell us her shift was over or anything we just had to wait for another waitress to ask if we were ready to order. after ordering, we heard the new waitress tell our neighboring diners about the dessert special (which was not offered to us) as we watched our first waitress pour herself a drink, chat it up with the 4 other waitresses hanging out at the bar, and leave. dessert was unremarkable, to say the least.
