My bf Rick and I went here the other night after the gym. I'm a critical person but I have to say Five Guys is pretty good. Burger is cooked medium and the fries are spectackular. Only slight problem I have to mention is the "blast" afterwards. ;)

Comparing this to In-n-Out? What? Where do I start? The bread is probably worse than a Wonder Bread roll, and my "little cheeseburger" had a "big amount" of grit in it.

This is the best burger we have had in NYC since moving from LA 13 years ago...
The only bummer was that the fries were a bit oily but the burger is so worth it!!

I wasn't aware of 5 Guys' policy that their burgers only come "well done". If anyone else likes their burgers juicy and medium or medium rare, I'd avoid 5 Guys - not only was it cooked through, but it was dry, bland and unfortunate.
