generally speaking, five guys is a really yummy, no-frills burger place that makes everything fresh and provides lots of free toppings. you can't go wrong with the food (or free peanuts by the barrel)! but i'm really leaving this review for Melanie, our server. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us, and was so considerate while we were there. She extended a very kind courtesy to us, and then even followed up as we were eating to see that we were enjoying ourselves. It's rare to have that kind of nice service unsolicited, and even more so in a fast-food place!

Burger is small and mealy. Free toppings is great, but this burger cannot be saved.

Reading reviews of people saying they could have just gone to Wendy's is insulting. This is not a frozen patty and frozen fries pathetically reheated. You can watch them make (what is going to be) one of the best burgers you have ever had. The options to make what you want, and the automatic double patty is awesome. Get the Cajun fries if you like zest. My only complaint is the only sugar-free soda option is Diet-Coke. Other than that, do your self a favor, drop the extra $3 and get quality.

Had Five Guys and was more than impressed. The burger was absolutely delicious. Perfect moisture and cheese coverage. The fries are so good it's not even funny. I will go back to this place over and over until my doctor tells me to stop going!

Better than any of those other "burger" places and they seem to really value the customer. Plus, all the free peanuts you can eat!

I’ve heard so much about this restaurant, and when I finally went, I wasn’t that impressed. I would have saved about $10 for the same satisfaction at Wendy’s. The meal was good, but way over priced!
