We had burgers and fries for lunch again, and now, Five Guys has online ordering and even group ordering! This makes things a ton faster. Order online, run out and pick it up, shovel it in. Still have great cajun fries, burgers and dogs.

I went over at 11am with orders for 10 hungry guys. I had it all written out, which made it easier for counter staff. Waited 20 minutes for the food to be freshly cooked, booked out of there, back to the office within 5 minutes and the guys wolfed it down in 10. 5 Guys and any other greasy spoon is best when piping hot. Once the fries, burgers and dogs cool down, it's awful. So don't bother with delivery, just get yourself down there at 11am!

Really poor burgers (even though they are called patties, so you are warned). They are thin & tasteless. They give you lots of things (pickled and not) to hide the taste, but if I want a burger, i don't want to hide the taste. The fries are good, but limp. They advertise the potatoes are hand cut; would love to see that happening. The atmosphere is unpleasant: noisy, cold, glaring cheap light, harsh colors (red & white).

I think the primary problem is that publicity has raised expectations. The atmosphere is chaotic. The burgers are better than McD and BK ,but unexceptional. The roll is not better than an off the shelf white bread roll. The fries were greasy. I contacted the company and they offered me a $25 coupon. This was commendable , however, I declined. "Free" makes it less expensive but doesn't make it any better.

Burgers are a step above a burger chain and the burger chain's fries are better!

Burgers the way burgers were meant to be. Fries the way all the other restaurants advertise them to be. It's all fresh, hot greasy, juicy and delicious. Not a gourmet burger mind you but street foosd at it's finest. Anyone who doesn't asppreciate what this place is all about should run immediately to the neareast Marriott and order room service while they convalesce.

You should not come here if you don't want to smell like your food or have greasy food. But other than that, the taste is superb and the toppings make the burgers even better!
