Perfect for what it is
This place is a great hole in the wall diner. The value is great, the service is great, the food is great (for the price). I think I have found my new breakfast spot. Give it a shot for a greasy diner.

Best Neighborhood Coffee Shop
I have been a customer for more than 25 years and it keeps getting better and better. The food is very fresh, and very tasty. The prices are incredibly low for the area, and the services is friendly and attentive. The menu keeps growing and each new dish is better than the last!

Excellent Neighborhood Diner
Just moved to the neighborhood and found this cozy spot. It's not fancy, but is immaculate, and comfortable. The staff was warm and helpful. The food was fresh, tasty, and abundant. Excellent value.

Very Friendly Service/ Good Diner Food
I've only ordered for delivery from here, so i can't comment on the appearance of the place, but I can say the person who answers the phone is always very friendly. The delivery has always come quickly, and the food is still warm when it arrives. I can't say the grits are the best I've ever had but for these prices who can complain.

The service was good, and the prices were cheap, but the food was about public school cafeteria quality.

Best Greasy Spoon Around!
First Ave Coffee Shop delivers tasty breakfast foods, sandwiches and desserts and is a great value. The service is always great even if the place is tiny and a little cramped. When you're in the mood for some good diner grub this is the place for you. You just can't beat the price!
