It ain't Spago
Here's the thing: this is a beer/wings joint. I live around the corner from this place. Ninety percent of the time I am there the staff is pleasant, the service is excellent and the value is good. Occasionally you might get that friend-of-the-bartender crowd that can bring in the moochers and result in you getting ignored. The food is REALLY cheap, and they don't put themselves out there as a "fine dining" niche. I love watching a game there, they've got outside seating when the weather is nice and a juke box for the nights when a game isn't on. I'm not saying you shouldn't get good/better service, but this is a wings/beer joint, so lets be real. Now, about the food: GREAT burgers, GREAT chicken fingers, GREAT wings. Salads are the same stuff over lettuce, so if that is how you like your salads, then you will probably love their salads.

Save your time and money
Staff is rude. only waits on people at bar that I think are their friends. Ignore all of us other customers. wings are good but not worth the rude staff. I guess the wait staff doesn't want tips.

Friendly all the way
I am a Firehouse regular and the service is the best I've ever gotten. The staff are so happy to see me and call me by my name. The bartender is especially friendly, attentive, and just happy to be at work; which makes me enjoy my meal. The wings are really the best in town and the decor is just so nice to look at. There are several TV's so you are sure not to miss a second of the football game. To those who have had a disappointing experience...I am really surprised because I come every week...sometimes more and they are always the same friendly gracious people. I will come for as long as it's open!

Love the 'house
My wife, six year-old son and myself come here every Friday evening and love it. The waitresses and manager have become friends to us and we are well taken care of. Wings are delicious, burgers big and sloppy (which is my thing) and the vibe is very welcoming. Very kid friendly. And the brownie sundae is delicious. Wouldn't miss a Friday night at the Firehouse for anything!

Looking for a place to watch sports with a beer and good food?........you search is over
I'm not sure about the other people who went to Firehouse and have had a bad experience but the several times I've been there I've been impressed. The wings with blue cheese dip and celery and carrots are my favorite and I love to go there for ball games with my buddies to grab a beer or two. I also come with my wife and kids too. I've been coming for years and I highly recommend this place

My Favorite Cheese Burger
I love these burgers. Honest and beefy, and a generous quantity of really great quality cheddar cheese. And the kitchen is willing to serve it truly rare. The menu here is limited, but it's all very well done. Good nachos, good wings, good burritos, OK pizza. I do agree that the beer list could be more interesting -- I usually have the Woodchuck cider, but some craft brews would make it more appealing.
