I went to Fiorini's on New Years Eve. The host was very friendly but the waiters all were rude. We had to wait at least 45min until the waiter brought us the menu. The waiters never paid attention to the guests. I felt very neglected. And about 80% of the guests were over 60, so I felt like I was in the cafeteria of an old-age home . The atmosphere was also very cold and dislikable. I won't be going back there again! EVER!

we have passed by this restaurant so many times - finally decided to stop in. We walked in, were looked up and down by the Maitre'D and seated at an awful table ....and that was the good part. Everyone here was over 60 ( kudos the the NYC plastic surgeons) The food was salty, cold and not appealing. The service was horrible...the waiters were rude to us. Would not recommend.

I chose this restauraunt to be my first date experience. I made a wise choice. Fiorini delivers what a restaurant should; fine service, good quality food, and with a fair price. I had the Salmon which was prepared suberbly. My date had the Risotto which she enjoyed immensely. We could actually hear each other speak without shouting, and the service was excellent. No Velvet Ropes, no fawningDivas, no snooty attitued, just good food and friendly professional service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I love this restaurant. The Food is always excellent. When I walk in they always remember me. They always know what I like. They will make any food the way you want. The staff is friendly and attentive. This is a restaurant you will want to go to everyday.

Went here for lunch today with colleagues. Calamari alla Griglia was a bit on the rubbery side, but otherwise food was excellent, particularly the seafood risotto. Very rich and delicious. Desserts were good too, especially the Zucotto.

I have now eaten at Fiorini four times, and all have been positive experiences. The seafood risotto is particularly excellent. The portion looked small when it arrived, but was more than enough because it is so intense. This has been a location with a lot of turnover--some of it well-deserved, based on lack of quality. Since I live in the neighborhood, I hold out hope that this will be a longer lived restaurant we locals can enjoy.

I've been to Fiorini twice (both times on an expense account) and found the food and service to be excellent. This location seems to be a bad luck spot (every restaurant closes from that spot!), but I hope they make it. The serve a delicious foccaccia bread to start. The seafood risotto was terrific, with good chunks of lobster, etc. I also had a fresh papardella pasta w/ veal that was amazing. The portions definitely aren't huge, but I was full when I left. The service was great -- not too formal and very friendly.
