    Good

I thought the place was really nice Ive been a couple of times and have seen a lot of famous models and actors. It's a cool spot which will get better with time its only been open about 6 months.

    Healthy

I love their olive oil not only for their taste but also because it is healthy and is reduce my cholesterol (FDA says that daily consumption of olive oil reduces the cholesterol). The dishes and setting exhume the Mediterranean region. I highly recommend this Restaurant.

If they could hold the olive oil

Great place, a bit tight. The food could be great if they don't put so much olive oil in everything, especially in their soup. Definitely not a place for people with high cholesterol.

Great place amidst the hustle bustle

Fantastic food. Waiter was really going out of his way to be pleasant and attentive. I really loved the decor. This place gets a lot of light despite being at a one step down lower level. The light colors and pine and good design make this place a very relaxing oasis compared to many of the places available for lunch in this area. The prices are reasonable and you can find cheaper things on the menu if you want. Highly recommended.

    Not authentic Mediterranean

I'm from Europe & after hearing about this place thought "finally reasonably priced food of my culture" However, this is just fusion and mildly inspired mediterranean food. There is not much authentic about this place. I ordered "Bresaola" (pronounced bre-za-o-la) The waitress gave me a perplexed look and asked if I actually wanted "Bresowla". Also, too much garlic in the food.

    Londoners

Recently back in London from an 'over fed' trip to New York. 'Just wanted to say how much we appreciated the Fig & Olive for food (and not too much thank God), value and the atmosphere not forgetting charming service. 'Have already recommended to other family and friends. Hopefully it won't be too successful a venue because we'd rather like it to stay on our list of 'favourite New York restaurants without silly prices'.

    Love at first bite

Ok, the title is a little hokey, but this place was great. The preparation and presentation of the food was excellent. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is reasonable. The table spacing is a little tight but I've seen worse. All in all, a winner.
