Good salads, poor delivery service.
I placed an order for a few salads at lunch today for delivery. An hour later, I was still waiting, even though the restaurant is around the corner from my work and I ordered at an off time (11:20 a.m.). The salads, unlike the service, were wonderful. One had Romaine with big chunks of goat cheese and walnuts. I could have skipped the flank steak, because the cheese and walnuts were so abundant. The other had spinach with goat cheese and chicken. Other than the chicken being breaded (it did not say so on the menu), it was excellent. They were stingy with the dressing, but otherwise, big, delicious salads at around $5 - 6, which was a bargain. Now if only they would improve their service...

Don't trust the Epicure
I've tried different kinds of sandwiches, salads, soups and dessrt brownies,cakes..... I would say Sandwiches are standard and over priced. Pre-made salads: Mixed items are not fresh at all. Soups: most of them smell badly especialy by the end of the week. Dessert: Brownies and cakes are very hard probably a month old. You can try if you want and comment on my review if I'm wrong. Don't trust the epicure.

Excellent Deli experience
I absolutely love coming to this Deli. 1st and for most the store has a clean look fresh food, & an excellent staff that are always willing to help, I am always greeted with a warm smile and friendly faces. I would like to say thank you to the staff for their service. Please stop by and try something off of their menu I am sure you wont regret it.

Great Place!!
5th Ave epicure is fantastic! Don't believe those bad reviews. Food is always FRESH! Soup Guy is great and soups are great as well. Lots of variety, fresh and delicious. Prices are a little high but its worth it. they also have a variety of healthy sandwiches for those girls watching their curves. Wish there was space to eat..only a side table against the wall as you walk in with four stools. Love it ! The best in the area.

I looove this place
I love this place. I go to it on a daily basis. The food is fresh and delicious. I recommend this place.

bad in all aspects !
The food in general is not really fresh (soups, salads, ready to go sandwiches......) sanwiches are over priced, the service is bad! I don't recommend it.

stay away
Ordered on-line and the food was not good at all....soggy vegetables, unfresh salad, and meat was bland.
