    Definitely Recommend

    I've never eaten in, only ordered delivery, but I have to say, I've never had a complaint. The food always arrives hot, and I've absolutely never encountered a rude person on the phone. I'm compelled to write, because every time I come to their page on menupages.com, it always shocks me. My favorites are the fajitas, the steak panini, the chicken BLT, and their guac (the best guac offered for delivery in the heights). The side salad is so-so, but it's free with a relatively cheap meal, so who am I to complain? The one time they forgot a soda I ordered with delivery, they were extremely apologetic and prompt in retrieving it. I fully endorse!

    Great location, but poor service and food

    My colleague and I wanted to grab dinner at a new location in Washington Heights when we came across the loud music coming out of the establishment. The music was great and the atmosphere was awesome however, the food service gets an F and the owner was rude and unprofessional. I received my food 1hr and 15 minutes later when the owner comes in with a warm plate of food and overcooked plantains. The chicken wasn't only unappetizing but tasted old and lacked flavor. First & last time at this location.

    The food is great! The service not so much

    I have never had the problem with the phone girl as the last guy said. You just have to speak clearly and loudly because there is always a lot of background noise. But I guess I am just always understood over the phone because I used to be a receptionist myself so I always go out of my way to enunciate. My only complaint is that sometimes the service is slow in person. The place will be empty and it still takes forever to get your food or another drink. I have to say it has gotten better since they opened about 5 years ago. Also becoming a regular helps. Now that they know my face I get my food faster.

    Seriously, unpleasant telephone receptionist

    The food is good enough. I have been ordering from there for the past few years. Seriously though, I have never experienced such a rude telephone receptionist in all my 15 years in NYC. She is short with you, routinely hangs up on you, always sounds pissed off and god forbid you ask to use a credit card! I've ordered less in the past year or so because of this service. I thought the reason to go to the smaller place was for the better service. The food usually takes a long time, but I think that's kitchen back up, not delivery back up because its usually hot and fresh tasting. I generally order my burger with bleu cheese and bacon...rarely does it come with both. But oh-well, for all my pissing and moaning I will continue to order from them, because they are one of the few decent places in this neighborhood. Congrats Fibe - you win by default. go you.

    Disappointing Lunch!!!

    I had my lunch delivered and requested a steak sandwich well done, of course to my surprise I receive a sandwich not only "completely rare" but it also looked like someone ran over it. I ended up throwing away my lunch. I called the restaurant to let the manager know of the poor lunch I received and allegedly there was not a manager available, all I got was an I'm sorry from the person that picked up the phone but that's ok because I don't intend to order from this place again, so good luck if you do!

    That's why I get delivery

    Love the food but scared away by tales of horrible service. But when I order delivery they are quick and tasty.

    I've been here before...

    So, I have been to this place like twice in the past 3 months...I didn't like it because of the waitstaff, but I do love the food so I decided to give it another go at the old hay. So I stopped by for lunch today and oddly to say the waitstaff has gotten a lot better. My waitress was bubbly, made me feel welcomed and checked up on me all the time (something that didn't happen before) (aside from she actually knew English) ...a few of my co-workers also liked the service we might do lunch again here later this week if not the same day and time..This time I asked the waitress what time she worked so I know, so I won't get stuck with another waitress.
