When we first went which was back in 2009, the manager was always there greeting people and dogs, food was great service was okay, they didn't rush. But today two years later, its a total different restaurant. The waiters don't smile, they don't care to be nice, they serve water 5 feet away from my glass and it spills everywhere. Food getting to the table is so slow, it takes 3o mins of waiting time (without appetizers) then when they give you the food, they assume you can eat it in minutes. They rush and they just aren't as good as they use to.

I live nearby and have been to Fetch on and off for the past 7 years. The most consistent problem here is the service - servers are friendly but it takes forever to get the appetizers to the table; then they'll bring the main dishes 3 minutes after the apps have been served. And THEN you will have to basically send up a flare to get your water refilled, a dessert menu, or your check. Food is good but the pacing of the meal lends to an overall unpleasant experience. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are generous, which helps to offset the broader service issues.

If you are planning to have a good time with friends and enjoy it, don't go.

From the outside you may think it's a bar/restaurant for dogs. Service is great and outside seating is pleasant but food is eh. Orchichetta with sausage lacks flavor but Cobb salad is good. Service makes for mainly bar food.

I've gone to Fetch probably a dozen times over the past 5 years or so. But my brunch experience there last Sunday will have been my last. The tables were not clean and our waiter was rushed and unfriendly. After waiting for 30 minutes for our food, the french toast was burnt, the pancakes thrown (literally) at the table and the fries with the turkey burger were cold. When brought to his attention, the waiter grabbed the turkey burger and disappeared. He came back 10 minutes later and again the food was thrown onto the table. An apology would have been nice, or even a smile or acknowledgement - but we got nothing. I love what this place does for dogs, but it seems they've forgotten about their customers. Too many other places in the neighborhood to give this place another chance.

We have been going there for many years as we only live two blocks away. Everyone is always kind and friendly and one never has to worry about ones 3 year old. W have tried most things on the menu and always love the food. And the owners are dog rescuers, too!!!
