Amazing fresh pasta. Crudita di Mare and Ravioli con Cacio E Pere were superb. Prices may be hefty, but the food is pretty much worth every penny.

Myself and family went to Felidia's for Easter Dinner and was very pleased with what we encountered. From the delightfully presented food to the ambiance of the restaurant to the wait staff, everything was perfect. Meeting Lydia just topped the day off! We will certainly recommend this restaurant and will defenitly return.

Truly traditional, wonderful food! I am an Italian food snob and had high expectations when coming to Felidia. I was so pleased to see this exciting menu full of seasonal goodies. Every morsel of food was delicious. The dining room is warm and cozy and the lighting is romantic. I'll surely be back.

As a self-described foodie and fan of Lydia's show and cookbooks, I had been looking forward to this meal for some time. Having eaten at Becco over the summer, I was not very impressed, but figured Felidias, as the flagship, would be better. When we arrived as a party of four, we were seated at a table that was too close to another table. That set the tone. Our appetizers were ok, the best was the octopus. I had a crab salad with literally 3 tiny pieces of crab. The average cost of $20 per appetizer was overpriced. Dinner was not any better. My pasta dish was too salty and my dinner companions were not awed by their bland-tasting branzini. The menu itself was odd, with an emphasis on organ meats that did not sound appetizing. We held out hope that dessert would be better, but were once again underwhelmed. The coffee was clearly not fresh brewed and its color wouldnt change no matter how much milk we added, ultimately rendering it too cold to consume. The desserts were bland and tasteless. Finally, a trip to the ladies room sent me down two steep flights of stairs, to a restroom near the kitchen that was not clean. Thankfully, that was the end of my experience at Felidias. For a restaurant of such supposedly high caliber, I feel better eating at my local pizzeria. At $200 per couple (with only four glasses of wine) , this restaurant offered surprisingly little to excite the senses. We will not be returning.

Haven't been to felidia's for nearly ten years. So my husband and I were in the mood for really good italian so we went last night to see how things are going. Well, surprise, every bite was heavenly! Evry concept brilliant! We began with creamy lemon-garlic shrimp in pumpkin appetizer which was orgasmic, and the chicken liver tri-folo pate excellent! Followed by the mushroom stuffed ravioli and Quail. The sommolier recommended a North Fork Merlot that matched perfectly with evrything and we like to drink local wines. We must have had a full staff of five merticulously serve our table. Excellent Five stars! Definitely won't wait ten years ever again! Lydia, you still rock!

went with my husband on our wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. I love the brownstone it felt romantic. The service was exceptional. The food was really interesting and different not your typical italian food. I could not wait to take another bite of the delicious food and we ate everything. I highly recommend it.

Several weeks ago, I took my aunt and niece to New York City for a Broadway show. We were excited about eating at Felidia's and made reservations. Save your money. You'd be happier getting a hot dog off some street vendor. The service at Felidia's is lousy. It took them an hour and a half to serve us our dinner. The food was horrible. We are Italian women do a lot of cooking and we were not impressed. My aunt had a pasta and scallop dish. You needed a search team to find the scallops and the pasta was clumped together. I had a duck dish. The duck was stringy and the entree was way too salty. The staff is not very friendly. I think there a lot of people like me who get suckered in because of Lidia's fame and naturally expect a good meal when they go to her restaurant. I was highly disappointed. It was a waste of money.
