I wish I could tell you about the food but I really never got to taste it (not even bread). A friend and I arrived exactly on time at 8:15 PM on a Monday night and the hostess told us our table was not ready and to have a drink at the bar. This is a nice way for the restaurant to pocket an extra $30.00. We were seated upstairs 15 minutes later. Our waiter who was older than Moses asked us if we wanted tap or bottled water and gave us menus and a wine list. Well that was the last we seen of him. We waited 30 minutes and no one ever came over to our table to take a drink or food order. We did not even receive any bread. My friend and I got up and left and went down the street to Le Cirque where we were treated like royalty. It was totally shocking to us that for the prices that Felidia is charging for food and drinks that they would have a wait staff all over us. I found the entire experience very disappointing for a supposed top Italian restaurant....

Have been in this restuarant a few times for dinner and really enjoyed the experience. This week I went for a relaxing lunch to catch-up with a friend and could have been in and out in under an hour! The Maitre'D came over right away as we were sitting down, ready to take our order. We chose to have a cocktail first. He kept coming over until we finally got fed up and ordered lunch and a bottle of wine. We had only been there 15 minutes. We got our apps and the second we finished, our entrees came. No time to digest anything here. We decided to enjoy the rest of the wine before ordering desert. 3 times they came over to take the desert order. I felt the staff were more arrogant and snotty than the customers.

Felidia was the best lunch I have ever had. The last running contender was Pearl Oyster Bar…Felidia just did everything amazing. I had the pappardelle, the duck was amazing, and it was fairly large portion considering it was an appetizer on the lunch menu. Then I had the salmone, that was good the mustard sauce on the side complimented it very well. I thought the salmon was oily but it was balanced out by the mustard. My boss had the grigliata di pesce that was the most delectable assortment of seafood ever. The shrimp and lobster were sweet and delicious, the octopus was tender and the scallop to die for. The razor clams were amazing. We also finished it with the pecan art…yummy and the the bicerin was decadent. It seemed heavy just by looking at it, but the chocolate was a very light mousse and the coffee ice-cream was amazing. Def. try. The ambiance was beautiful. The restaurant seems very small but as you walk passed the bar it opens up to a square room and there was a glass ceiling with a very light shade on it, made it very bright and delightful.

The most incredible meal. The beet salad with pistachios and ricotta was a brest surprise. The veal medallions drooping with cheese was so good it is beyond words. The nutella tiramisu was ok. Service wonderful. I cant wait to return.

I took my clients here the other night and we had all decided that we were in the mood to try to the tasting menu - and it was definitely a great decision! Alongside the impeccable service, the Chef creates a personalized tasting menu for your table which really makes you feel special. Then the food came and I was really blown away. The delicate pasta and the fresh seafood was really perfect and definitely impressed my clients! It was more than a successful evening for me and the Felidia!

Went a few times,early on it lived up to its reputation but has gotten old and tired with very little care for preparations.many better Italian restaurants to choose from

Went for my birthday an had the chef tasting menu and wine pairing. So delicious! Great service, great atmosphere, sensational food.
