This is not a brownie
I purchased the 1 # bag of Witch Ends. These were the most tasteless brownie ever. There is a faint chocolate flavor. They were dry and crumbly. The color was pale, not the dark fudgy color of a proper brownie. You are better off with a box mix. Very disappointed.

Overpriced and Icky
Im not saying this to be a hater. I'm a dedicated brownie lover and I just didn't like Fat Witches' brownies or blondies. I had a brownie craving yesterday and traveled down to Chelsea Market that evening solely to taste Fat Witch for the first time. I bought both the Fat Witch & Blonde Witch in regular 3+ ounce size. Neither version was good. Both were bland and starchy. The Duncan Hines brownies I make out of the box are definitely softer, smoother, and fudgier. The Blonde Witch was by far the worst, hardly edible, I ate two bites and tossed it. Unfortunately, this was an expensive adventure into mediocre sweets. At $2.50 for each regular sized square I was even more disappointed. My advice is that, if you go at all, buy the mini witches for $1.50 each just to test the waters of your taste buds. I guarantee that a mini square will tell you all you need to know.

On my pillow at 60 Thompson!
When I stayed at 60 Thompson, every evening when I came in there was the most wonderful treat from Fat Witch sitting on my pillow! Over the course of my stay, I had a variety of blondies and brownies. They were so good that the hotel could of been a hostel and I wouldn't of cared!

amazing brownies
these brownies are soo good! they make some of them fresh and majoirty of them are pre packaged. i've had all of them and my favorite is the blondie. sooo good!
