Not recommended
We ordered from Fat Sal's and after an hour and a half our pizza never came! We called and were told multiple times our order was on the way. Finally, we told the person on the phone to cancel our order - it showed up anyway. 1 hour and 45 minutes afetr we ordered. And, we only live 7 blocks away.

Never Again
I have ordered from this place numerous times before, and while they USED to have great food and service, they have gotten steadily worse. Tonight was the last straw. After having placed my order and waiting an hour for delivery I call them up and ask about the status. I get nothing but attitude from the guy on the phone who them proceeds to hang up on me. When my order does arrive, what I recieve can hardly be described as anything that resembles food. The pizza was ice cold and completely smashed against the box lid. Needless to say, I sent it back. I will never order from here again and would recommed that anyone reading this review just order from Roma's instead.

Not recommended
Really? I try to read at least 20 reviews before trying.. I don't know about the pizza but do not get the Shrimp Parm.. It was an insult to true Italian food. No salt, pepper, garlic, basil, or any other kind of seasoning in the marina sauce and shrimp were way overcooked.

Wow!
I just met Sal - the owner of Fat Sals and man, he is FAT! I guess Sal is only so fat because of all of the yummy food that comes out of his restaurant... I strongly reccomend the cheese steak hero which was simply excellent; well done!

Bleh
Had large plain for delivery (prompt, $15+1.35 tax +2.15 tip=$18.50 average cost). It was very large as others have noted. It was also very greasy and tasteless. Maybe that's why with the paper plates they give tiny containers of red pepper, oregano & garlic. Crust tasted like paper and cheese was bland as was sauce. It wasn't good but there was a lot of it.

How about sorry
Ordered via online. Order shows in the system and I got a confirmation email. They never showed and when I called I was told they never got the order so the guy on the phone began to take the order. At 10P it was too late to wait another 30-40 minutes so I said no thanks. Because of the late hour not getting my dinner really stunk but to add insult to injury not only did they not apologize but they didn't seem to care (and I was polite on the phone.) Since they don't seem to care about their customers I guess I don't care to be their customer. Very disappointed.

Best Pizza Ever!
Been eating from here for years.... just simply the best pizza I've ever had (and I'm a native New Yorker)... My boyfriend and I always order from here - whether it's simply dinner or a post drunk night.... My personal opinion is that it's better than 33rd pizza but hey that's just me :)
