    Excellent Dinner

Four friends and I had dinner last night, the food was excellent and plentful, everyone could not finish and took home "doggie" bags. I had so much left over it was dinner tonight and still had some left. I had the pernil, loved it, friends had steak and chichen. Will definitely return again and bring friends.

    Best chicken, poorest customer care

Placed an order, asked that beans be substituted for fries. Was told no substitutions, even though beans were only 10 cents more. My office orders from then 4-5x a week. They didn't care. Will never go or allow them to deliver to my job!

    Delivery and pick up orders

If you order rice and beans for delivery or pick up, make sure you ask them to pack them separately. They usually stack the beans in a plastic container on top of the rice, which is in an aluminum pan with a plastic top. The beans are so hot that they melt the plastic top, which then breaks up into your rice. Happened twice.

Not so nice not so good

stopped in for a chicken dinner to go. sullen waiter took my order, then ignored for twenty minutes before it was determined the kitchen had forgotten my order. grocery store style rotisserie, w. beans that seemed canned, dry tough plantains, salad w. no dressing, a microwaved potato cut in half with nothing, no butter no seasoning. i don't get the good reviews.

    Wow - excellent, juicy chicken

What a score. The chicken is delicious. A small, unassuming place, but quite possibly, the best chicken on the Ninth Ave circuit. True rotisserie flavor, cooked evenly, without a hint of dryness. sides are really good too, and dinner includes a small salad and rice and beans. Everything hits the mark. Trying not to play this place out for myself, but I find myself ordering from here twice a week. Give it a try.
