    Beware of specials

Both the food and the service have gotten a lot worse. The last time (and we are not going back) that we had dinner there we were, without any warning from the waitress, served some half-cooked, incredibly spicy peppers that burnt my mouth and ruined the rest of the meal. When we complained they gave us a half serving of the least ordered side dish (Brussel sprouts, I kid you not) to make up for it. Thank you very much for your generosity, The Farm

Great restaurant, but terrible brunch service

I've had some excellent dining experiences at the Farm, including dinner and breakfast with exceptional service and food. I have to say, though, I've had brunch there twice and it was a stressful experience both times, particularly the most recent time. The restaurant is just so packed during brunch that you can tell the entire wait staff is stressed out. I get that. But our waitress this last time was so passive aggressive with us, it was unacceptable. The waitress took our drink and food orders, but never brought our drinks. Our food arrived and we reminded her that we were still waiting for coffee and mimosas. She brought them, with this passive aggressive comment: "Sorry the drinks were just one second late. I had to go down to the basement to get the cream for your coffee." (My friend had requested cream as opposed to milk.) I never got my side of bacon. The waitress was obviously pissed that we stayed for dessert and a second cup of coffee. Brunch was ending. She was really bitchy about giving us change, challenging why we needed change for two twenties. She was just a horrible waitress, but it kind of turned me off of the Farm in general, unfortunately. The food was pretty good, btw. Think I'll stick to dinner there from now on, though.

    menu has been changed!!

I was just there last night, and the menu had been changed (short rib ravioli no more) and they are offering some very yummy things! ps steak of the day won't be leaving anytime soon, most likely because it's the steak of the day! try the fish! (any one of them)!

    Short Rib Ravioli?

Come on guys- change the menu already! How long has short rib ravioli and steak of the day been on the menu? Over a year? If not then just a bit under a year. And endive salad? Give us something else. Please.
