Growing up in SoHo w/my family this is one of the only laid back, casual places left in the area. The back room is key, because before NYC banned cigerettes that used to be the non-smoking section. Because it's a bar first, and restaraunt second service is hit or miss. But they've always had great burgers, buffalo wings, and the house salad has really good vinnegrette-a little heavy on the mustard, but it's good. For those looking for a simple bite and no frills this in SoHo, this is as good as you will find.

Stopped in here the other night & was surprised by how good the food was. My husband had a great crab cake sandwich & the fries were piled high with the skins still on them. I had the turkey burger, which was fine but overly spiced. The service was good, but the place was really loud. I know, its a bar, so I should expect loud, but this was ridiculous as there was no music playing. The bartendar even yelled at people to talk at a normal level & stop yelling at each other. We discovered there is a back room you can sit in & if we go back we would definately sit back there.
