    best veggie burger in NYC

Fanellis veggie burger is my absolute favorite in this city, and trust me i've tried them all. Ask for it with pepper jack and A1 and you'll come back for it time after time!

    Nasty Waitress

After a nice day of shopping we went to my favorite cafe the waitress was very rude and chased me saying i didnt tip her enough many people were around and i was very embarrassed so i gave her another 5 dollars . Afterwards I realized that i tipped her more then enough for what the bill was and she should of been happy that she got a tip at all since her service was less then satisfactory, I like this cafe very much but i am still contemplating if I am ever going to come back

    Go only for the Burgers

The only tasty thing about this place are the burgers. We ordered buffalo wings and the tasted like they were just popped in the microwave...the burgers on the other hand were delicious!

    Fantastic

While visiting the rock & roll annex one day we came here for lunch b/c one of the ticket guys recommended it and i'm sure glad we did. The atmosphere is great, the service is quick and the food is delicious! The burgers w/ pepper jack are super. We had such a good experience that we went back this weekend. I had the crab cake meal w/ mashed potatoes and it was awesome! I would def tell everyone to visit here!

    Out with the old...

This is not the last bastion of Soho. We tried Fanelli's last night and it took as long to get our first round of beers as a 'coveted' (i.e. cramped) back room table. The waitresses are like all failed actresses; bitter and uncommunicative. Customary bread appeared only with our entrees and may have been the highlight of dinner. I ordered a bison burger medium with fries and was served a beef burger medium-well with salad. My girlfriend's *pan seared* salmon tasted like someone pressed a wrong button on the microwave. Adding insult to injury, our second round of beers arrived only after requesting the check. The irony is that the bridge/tunnel meatheads and les touriste on either side of us were much more dutifully attended than we locals. If history is all that Fanelli's has to offer, I'd say it occupies some prime real estate for new luxury condos.

    Great destination

In a nieghborhood filled with fancy boutiques and tourists full of themselves. This place is a great spot to stop eat and have some drinks. A true NY classic.
