Famiglia is fine. It's open late and the delivery is fast. The pizza isn't bad but it's not good. All of the superlatives in the other reviews are grossly misplaced. This isn't even ALMOST the best pizza in the city. It's not even the best Pizza in the area and the pies are always undercooked. It's passable food stuff, but let's not go overboard.

I am happy with the food and service, for the most part. The problem is that they charge more than what the menu states. When I asked about the difference they told me that the menu prices were correct, however they told me different prices. I am thinking they don't realize that the prices are wrong on the menu online or they are ripping me off. I hope its the former and not the latter.

The food gets a 4.5 because I love love love love the pizza here... except when it's too dough-y (then it's honestly too gross to eat, but that's just how I like it..). I think the trick is to ask them to over-bake the pie a bit, so that you get it a little crispy (then the pizza is a 10). The other dishes are just so-so (ie the pasta dishes, the eggplant parmesan, I'd give them all a 3). The service is great (unless you want someone waiting on you hand and foot...) - they'll make your pizza for you any way you want it (ie crispy!), quickly and without any complaint (which I've encountered at other pizza places in NY)

If you like rude service and overpriced bland pizza than enjoy. First, when I walked in the staff completely ignored me as if I was standing in line waiting for a bus. I've felt more welcome at the DMV. I thought maybe the pizza would make up for the service-not. My hand was bigger than pizza slice I received. The crust was dry and chewy, and overcooked. The pizza had so much oil on it, it weighed it down. As I paid for my pizza, I asked the cashier for extra napkins to soak up the excess oil and you'd thought I was asking for a kidney. Please people you and your stomach deserve better buy your pizza from another place don't waste your money.

The pasta here is delicious. I am not a pasta lover, but sometimes I get a craving. Folks, I ordered pasta & it actually arrived blazing hot & the bread was hot too. It was delicious. Tasted fresh, homemade & clean. I am impressed. I really am. Recommend this food to anyone who wants a good hearty dish. By the way 2-3 people can eat from one order. Lovely.

I live 10 blocks away from Famiglia's, among many other places to eat, including my school's cafeteria, but I can't get enough of Famiglia's. I just love it! Baked Ziti... Spaghetti and Meatballs... Chicken Parmesian... mmmmmmmmm!

Just got back from NYC and ate lots of pizza. FF white pizza is about the best there is period. Nothing fancy, service was fine, the food was killer and priced fair. Wonder if they would ship it back to KY for me :})
