service stinks
i was really hungry and ordered from famous familglia. It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the pizza and they delivered it at the wrong apt. Not the best....

Delivery Only
It so tastes like this pie was already made and just warmed up when I placed my order! Sad because I had just gone in for a slice two days ago & was saying how fresh & delicious it was! I am so very disappointed! Famiglia a heads up.. Deliver FRESH pies.. Or lose customers.. Long time customers at that!

Undercooked crust
A truly bad pizza. Crust was actually not fully cooked. Toppings were fine. Crust really odd.

not good
Even though we are divided on the quality of the pizza at La Famiglia on W 97th Street and Amsterdam I decided to try their lasagna and took some home. Boy was that a mistake!! It was inedible and we threw it out. When I called to complain all I got was lip from the manager. That’s the last time my famiglia will visit this La Famiglia!!

Weak and expensive
$4.50 for a single slice of broccoli & chicken! Yet if my eyes were closed I honestly couldn't tell you what the ingredients were. Just no taste.

1 hr for a medium pizza
After waiting for 45 minutes for a medium pizza! I called and they said the delivery guy had called me...which he didn't. 15 minutes and 4 phone calls later! A cold pizza was delivered. Won't go here again.

Very good
the sevice is really good the pizza is not to thick it is thin the atmosphere is somewhat messy but bearly i reccomend this pizza place
