I went to fabio expecting to be alfama a Portuguese restaurant I frequented. I didn't hear about alfama closing. We arrived and was shocked to see alfama gone but we went in anyway. After tasting the first bite, I completely forgot about alfama. Fabio served us personally and recommended everything for us (nothing was on the menu, just his random concoctions. Over a year later we still talk about the food and how wonderful it was. Fabio made us feel like family. I recommend this place to everyone, it is a must try!!

I love Fabio's. I eat there at least 3 times a month. My favorite is Fabio's Lamb Chops. They are so tender ! The Truffle Risotto is soo good as well. Try it and you won't be disappointed!

Friends brought us to this elegant new Italian restaurant last night because they thought it was so wonderful they had to go back right away. The dining room is stunning, with comfortable banquets and welcoming service. The food is delectable, with notes of traditional Italian flavors, with modern interpretation. Chef Fabio can be seen throughout the evening, creating dishes 'a la minute', tableside. The handmade fettuccine was flavorful and perfectly al dente. The fish was so soft and sweet, you could be sure there was a fresh pond behind the kitchen. The dessert custards were somehow simultaneously light and creamy. We will definitely be back, though I'm sure as the word gets out, reservations will be hard to get.
