    Where's the Chicken?

Ordered a Lunch Special to go - Chicken and Broccoli with Brown Rice. When I opened the white styro container, I found a heaping pile of broccoli and brown rice. I seached under the rice and broccoli - no chicken! I was time pressed and couldn't walk all the way back to Express - and probably will never again.

    Boring

When I opened up my order of sweet and sour shrimp, I was blown away to see only deep fried shrimp. Where are the veggies and pineapple? I have had this dish from at least 10 different restaurants, and have never encountered such a boring sweet and sour. However, the quality of the shrimp was good, the sauce was ok, and it was a lot of shrimp for $9.

    Fabulous AND Inexpensive Japanese Menu

Try the Beef Bowl. Or the Chicken Cutlet Curry. The menu here is quite diverse, delivering a lot of foods you don't normally find at other Japanese restaurants in the area. And they taste pretty damn good. That being the case, you may expect prices to be high, but it's the exact opposite. Their platter items are extremely affordable, and are great value in terms of quality/quantity. Sushi ain't half bad either.

    Finally! Amazing Chinese in Chelsea!

I have lived in Chelsea for four years and have been so disappointed in the Chinese delivery options. Ordered in from this place last night and was SO happy. It was delicious--and they have Crab Rangoon! So excited!

    THIS COULD BE IT!

Well, this could be it! I just recently started working in the area and have been systematically trying all the chinese resturants in search of my go-to spot. Delivery came within 10 Min, even on a heavy snowy day, food was cheap, portion size as expected, wonton soup was lighter in color (How I like it) and my only complaint would be that there was not enough chicken in my chicken & broccoli, could use a lil more salt & less slime. (Now I'm not talking puddles of grease or anything like that which I have gotten before from other places, but the sauce could be better.) So this could be my repeat go-to!

    Amazing sushi

I come here every week and order their sushi, which is so inexpensive and their salmon is one of the best I've ever tasted. I have tried sushi from dozens of restaurants and this beats most of them! I was always scared to try the sushi here, since the place itself doesn't even look like it would sell sushi, but I'm so glad I did!

Call Express for a bad lunch experience!

For just a moment, Express was doing so well! You know how the delivery thing is at work for lunch? It sure can be a real drag! Express blew it today. And, this was the third chance that we have given them to redeem themselves. But, low and behold, the still completely blew it. The order took almost 2 hours to deliver. When it arrived, it was cold and soggy, yuck. They forgot two of the egg rolls. And, they were completely unapologetic when we called to report our discontent. So, welcome to annals of BAD LUNCH NYC!
