Delicious
This is one of the best pizzerias in the heights. it's what a pizzeria should be, delicious food, fast service and a spot to sit and eat! it's exactly what it's supposed to be, a pizzeria. as for the customer service... they do exactly what they are supposed to, take food orders, cook the food and charge you. fast, simple, to the point. love it!

Locals Know What's Good
I have been going to Exclusives for 30 years or so. They make the BEST Burgers and if you know how you like your Pizza (eg: Xtra Crispy) and tell them, it's the Best Pizza for this area. Delivery is slow because they get tons of orders. They are friendly to those they know and to those who go out of their way to be nice to them. Otherwise, this is NYC... Man Up or go to another spot if you want brown nose service. Exclusives is about the food not the people serving it or the "ambiance" .... although Pablo is the best!

a dive that serves good food.
There are better pizza places in the area besides Exclusive, but they do make other items well. Their burgers are good and tasty. They make a nice baked ziti and lasagna. The do have seating for 12 people, but its not a good place to take a date as there is no ambiance. The owner and employees are not customer friendly and they don't seem to care as business goes well for them. Overall my preference to order for pick up or delivery.

What a shame
The service is subpar and the pizza is just...meh. Nothing to brag about & certainly not worth dealing with the people heating it up. I really hoped it wasn't chronic, since I live in the area, but every time I gave it another go it was the same: guys who ignore you and then bark at you rather than speak. I refuse to try again. Someone ought to tell them that when you treat your customers poorly, they don't come back...but I don't think they'd care.

Gooey and Gorgeous
Friends in the neighborhood tipped me off to this gem (approximately) opposite Starbucks. It's a hole in the wall, like most pizza places in NYC, but what they is fabulous. Pizza is divine and gooey like it should becan't get pizza like this anywhere in the state of California! Try the pepperoni and onion. I also looooooove the chicken souvlaki...

Terrific food, no-frills surroundings
When we first moved in nearby, I confess it took a while to embrace Exclusive due to its low-fi appearance. But then we started hearing about how great the burgers are & we had to check it out. SO glad we did, the pizza & burgers are great! So are their other offerings - spinach pie, assorted heroes, Greek salad, various rolls/calzones, pastas etc. Plus the low prices are super-nice on the wallet. Delivery is pretty speedy to us. We rarely eat in here, as the seating's rather drab, but if we're en route to/from our place, this place is fantastic for a quick cheap bite. Don't let the no-frills look keep you away, this place is awesome!

the best pizza
Exclusive has to be far the BEST pizza in Washington Heights (and Manhattan as far as I'm concerned.) Don't expect them to be nice, or fast delivery though...but the food is worth it in the long run!
