I was there this weekend and ordered a salad with grilled chicken it was all fresh and good and cheap my friend had a bagel with lox and cream cheese. My friend said his bagel was great, waterbaked, etc... It was nice portions, and satisfying. I like sitting outside and people watching, and the prices are good.

the rule in new york is that bagels are amazing. so is pizza. but this is the first and last time i trust a place that tries to be a jack of all trades because they will certainly be a master of none. i've often wondered where those day-old bagels go when the day is done. well i can't say, still, but i am certain that when they become four-day old bagels they end up at this bagel store. my jaw clicked as i made my way through my sandwich. i love a dense bagel but this went to another level. i'd feel safe using my bagel as a bullet proof vest if it weren't for the compromising hole in the center. i've martyred myself. don't make the same mistake.

This place should have been good...the food was I know; but the delivery service and customer service is literally the worst I have experienced in the past 4 plus years living in the city. Waiting over an hr and a half for a delivery-with the guy there not even checking to see why-didnt check the order or call his delivery guy-but kept saying "its out"...worst place ever!

I lived in Europe for several years & consider myself an expert in cappuccino. What passes in most cafes is too hot, not enough foam, too much foam... but Everything Bagel is the real deal! The woman behind the counter made me the best cappuccino I've had since moving to the city. They also have an incredible variety of cream cheeses -- my daughter loved the strawberry cream cheese on a fresh cinnamon raisin bagel. I'll definitely be back to try the other things on the menu!

This place is disappointing. At first glance, I thought there'd finally be a good bagel shop in the east village. After eating there multiple times though, the food is nothing short of a let down. The sandwiches are old and hard, the service is rude and slow, and the bagels are sub-par.

went there yesterday with my friend and we had a great lunch. I ordered a mixed green salad and the montecrisco sandwich. The sandwich was hot and crispy as it should be and really tasty. My friend had a whole wheat everything bagel with tuna salad and a smoothie. She thought it was really good too. We both mentioned how happy we were to have a nice clean place to go in the neighborhood. The coffee was also really good quality. I will definitely go back and I recommend it as a cool place to go eat.
