Not recommended
I have ordered from them about 10 times in the last year, mainly because the food is alright and they're open 24 hours. Without exaggeration, I can say that they have messed up my order 8 out of 10 times. Whether it's something big, like giving me the wrong order, or something small like forgetting something--no matter how many times I reiterate, because I know they'll make a mistake and I'm trying my best to help them avert it--it makes no difference. It's at the point where I expect a massive screw up each time, and I always get it. To top that off, the guys on the phone can't speak English and can't take a CC number down (or punch it into the machine) properly

Don't order from here
Ordered a delivery from here. They sent me the wrong food. I called to correct it. The manager called back a couple minutes later to tell me it was my fault since I did not re-type the description on their menu into the special instructions box since people dont always want it how it is listed on the menu. Have t0 w0nder why they even have a menu. Plus the food was mediocre at best - order from hot and crusty or metro - you will be happier and not get yelled at when they screw up your order.

A Great Place for a Quick Breakfast
As the previous reviewer stated, this place is busy with tourists staying in local hotels, but also filled with steady local customers from the neighborhood. I have been getting bagels there for years, and many of the guys behind the counter know me and my order by sight. The cashier knows just how I like my coffee, too. The breakfast foods are good, the prices are fine. Not a bad place to start the day.

Tourist Trap
This place caters to tourists who are staying at UWS hotels which explains why its busy in the morning and dead the rest of the day. The owner were smart to put the word "Euro" in the name. This is what draws in the tourists but the food is far from European. There is nothing here that backs it up. I have not done the researc but I think ot and Crusty might own this place as it has similarities. Its basic bland food at above prices.
