OK food, the poor service
The food isn't bad here, prices aren't bad. But I will never go back to this location, b/c the service is very poor. The salad guys act as if they could not give you the time of day, and the manager's attitud was even worse. Sad, b/c they really don't realize that a business is based on its customers.. not on them! They lost MY business for sure!

Not what it used to be
This place used to have the most amazing sandwiches... one of the best sandwich / salad places in the city for lunch. Not so anymore... first, they do away with one of their best sandwiches (Shrimp Club), and lately, their vegetarian sandwiches (Avocado Tomato) have been either old (as in wilting avocado & soggy bread) or too dry. What is going on over there?? They def. lost MY business.

Decent salads but don't get them chopped
They offer the option to have your salad "chopped." I didn't know what that meant. They put your salad thru a machine that makes it look like coleslaw. It came out all watery and slimy. Just say no...

not so great
their food is that good but i do like their chicken fajita paninis. its especially good because of the dipping sauce. not so good without it.
