I had high expectations, but was greatly disappointed. They appeared to have a busload of tourists the evening we went, and we were really neglected. The food was poorly prepared with little attention from the waiter. I expected more. Will not return again.

My wife and I were leaving to go back to London and wanted to have a relaxing, well prepared meal before we left. The front desk at New York Hilton, where we were staying, suggested Etrusca which is located inside the hotel. The whole expierience was delightful. The server, I believe his name began with an S, Sammy or Sonny, was a pleasure to be around and the food was absolutly sensational. I had the Ribeye and my wife the Halibut. The steak was cooked exactly how i ordered it and my wifes meal was quite different but in an enjoyable way. I have never seen Halibut with grapes but the combinatin was pleasing. We shared a plum tart at the end which created a perfect ending to a perfect meal. Next time we are in New York we will defenitly remember to visit Etrusca!
