V2. Kik Alicha stew of split peas cooked with olive oil, ethiopian herbs, turmeric, onions, and garlic.   
V3. Shiro spiced and powdered split peas cooked with olive oil, onions, and garlic.   
V4. Gomen seasoned and finely chopped collard greens cooked with olive oil, onions, and garlic.   
V5. Atakilt cabbage, potato, and carrots cooked with onions, garlic, and a touch of turmeric.   
V6. Keye Sir beets, carrots, and potatoes cooked with olive oil, onions, and garlic.
