Lovely
The food at Milos was exceptional. It is just basic, fresh ingredients. I ordered the black sea bass cooked in lemon and olive oil. The fish was fresh, the service was great and the atmosphere was festive and exciting. Definitely order the greek salad. It is large chunks of tomatoes, feta and cucumber. No lettuce. Definitely recommended for a special occasion

Great sea food
The best deal here is the pre post theater menu. The crab cake and shrimp appetizer was excellent, as was the loupe de mer. Great wine list, too

It's all about service
Fantastic experience, ask for the guided tour and you will learn a lot about the type of fish you are about to eat... It comes as fresh as you can get in NY. Oysters were phenomenal too. I have had a very special attention and the best service experience ever maybe because my friend is an 'habitue' of this restaurant... The food was excellent, a bit fatty if you are on a diet. The prices are not cheap but quite worth it...

subpar fish in a fish restaurant
We had the pre-theater dinner, for $49. The two entrees were salmon that was worse than any I have ever had, and loup de mer (some sort of sea bass) which was pasty and barely edible.

Serves Endangered Fish
I am going to point out the simple fact that Milos, a restaurant which claims that its fish suppliers have a "commitment to freshness, exceptional quality and respect for the environment" serves Blue Fin and Big Eye Tuna, both of which are on the endangered species list. If I had known that before going for dinner I would not have dared set foot in this place. Not only are the prices astronomical, but the food is nothing to rave about, and neither is the service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The Best Greek Restaurant
Fresh Mediterranean fish the likes of which you don't really find elsewhere in the City and attentive service. The staff has been very nice each time and the food has been not just good but outstanding EVERY time I have been which is why I keep returning. If you looking for a great dinning experience in NYC, you should not leave out Milos. I have been in Greece many times especially the islands and every time I visit NYC, I get a little taste of Greece, thanks to Milos.

Thank God I Didn't Pay
Everything was swimming in olive oil and the fish was pretty bland. Some of the appetizer were ok, but overall nothing to make me want to come back. Pass.
