Best Bagels but dont expect the Four Seasons

I love these reviews all sighting bad service, what did you think? Its a bagel store with only a counter and a million people streaming through the doors all day. I have been eating their bagels all my life, they are the BEST! The service is only an issue

    Rude Staff, Good Bagels

I have been there a few times and have continued to deal with the rude staff for a good bagel. But recently, I ordered something off the menu and they got pissed and yelled "you can get that at the deli across the st." I understand it is more complicated

Best Bagel in New York, but ...

This bagel is incredible. Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese for $2 and change is a great deal, too. But Ess-a has a fatal flaw. They refuse to toast your bagel. "They're already warm" is the excuse I was given by the man at the counter a few we

I can not believe how unfriendly the staff is here. For a bagel place that has clearly declined and is suffering in business, they should try a bit harder. The bagels are decent, but the attitude will prevent me from going back.
