Incorrect bill, 2 hours late, management issue
While the delivery guy was kind, the delivery service for this restaurant was atrocious. After a number of phone calls where delivery was promised within "another 5 minutes", and 2 hours of accumulated waiting time, the check was wrong. When we called to verify the check (which arrived at about 50% more than the actual price), the manager hung up on me. I highly recommend going with another restaurant. Lateness I can take. Someone hanging up on me when I'm just trying to resolve a problem is totally unacceptable.

Perfect for a night out with friends
I have been to Eros Cafe at least 7 times in the past year. The prices are great, the food is pretty tasty, its a BYOB, which is another savings and the ambiance is very relaxing. I wouldn't recommend sitting on the tables near the counter, it can get a little crowded. I love sitting towards the back on the coaches and comfortable chairs with a group of friends. My only criticism are the music videos they play in the background on tv moniters...some of them are a little distasteful. Other than that, its a nice place.

Great everyday food
Eros's menu is as big as a phone book. Nothing on it is complexed, and Eros doesn't attempt to offer a sophisticated or upscale cuisine or ambiance. So don't go here for date night. While I love almost everything I've ordered, I will agree with the last post that the salads are, um, way too basic. Oh well, there are lots of other choices besides salad. I am very fond of breakfast at Eros.

Eros: must be god of love of bad food
My girlfriend and I went to Eros for dinner. We wanted low-key, casual and outside. She ordered a salad and a veggie burger. I ordered a turkey burger and fries. Pretty basic stuff on the whole. Her side salad arrived first rather than with our mains. The salad was made up of some spinach leaves and romaine leaves, a little onion, a few shreds of carrot and little else. She said it tasted like soap. I tried it; I thought it just tasted like old vegetables. She didn’t bother to send it back. (Another customer, who sat at the next table, sent his salad back. Good for him.) Contrary to what the menu stated (something about burgers being “grilled to perfection”), my turkey burger was fried, as in sizzle-on-the-griddle-in-a-mess-of-grease fried. The fries, when served to me, were just spongy and lukewarm. I ate the food, though, because I was ravenously hungry. My girlfriend’s veggie burger was a disaster. The first one was fried to the point at which it became a hockey puck. Neither of us could even cut the thing with a knife! She sent it back to the kitchen. The second one was a blob of vegetable-based, gooey mush on a soggy bun. What a waste of money. Never again.

chelsea staple
eros has never let me down - it is especially good for brunch, and their "greek gods" platers are outstanding

great neighborhood diner
I've been going to Eros for almost four years. The food is fresh and the service and owner have always been very friendly. Good for kids too. They always are accomodating with special orders.

I love Eros
Evey time I was at Eros cafe I was pleased. Very clean store, Waiters Friendly and boss extreamly nice and genourous. I think the menu Has eveything that you would like from pastas selections to eggs and sandwiches... the thing I like the most is that the summer time is the out door seating...
