I've ordered from them maybe once a month for the last five years or so, and I've never had a problem. The food is good and I've never had bad service.

My order total was at 9.75 and because it was not at 10 they would not deliver! I was to that point a regular customer ordering from them 2 to 3 times a month. I will not be ordering from them again. Over a quarter they lost a regular customer.

I've tried more than once with these guys. The first time, I asked specifically if there was meat in their soup. They said twice that there was no meat in the soup. Guess what was in the soup when it arrived. Now, I tried ordering their lunch special again and I asked for it with NO rice. They read the order back to me with no rice. Again, I asked for confirmation and they said NO RICE. I just got my meal and it's all white rice with about 5 pieces of small, wilted vegetables. Never ordering here again unless I have a craving for unseasoned white rice. Oh, yum.

My boyfriend and I love this place. We've dined in a few times, and done take-out a few times. For a small joint that does a lot of take-out and delivery, the dine-in atmosphere is surprisingly pleasant for a quick meal. It's an unpretentious, unadorned little place, but the servers are pleasant, mostly stay out of your way, and you can hear your dinner partner. More importantly: the pad thai and pad see ew are delicious. I don't pretend to be a Thai food expert, but I've had these dishes at a number of different places, and they are excellent here, and cheaper than most Thai in the area. I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but I have no reason to assume that it would be of lesser quality. One thing that drives me crazy is when I order pad see ew with meat, and all I get are a couple of dry little pieces. At Erb, I usually order beef, and there are big, generous, moist pieces. Sounds minor, but y'all, it's major. Awesome, no frills little place! We'll keep coming back.

My husband ordered the Tom Yum Shrimp soup. I ordered the Tom Kha soup with tofu. Both soups were concentrated with copious amounts of canned, rubbery mushrooms. Truly unappetizing. It was the first time in my life I was unable to finish a small soup. Side note: The delivery guy showed up without change.

I eat Thai a lot and I was really disappointed by this food. My Tom Yum soup had a heavy, almost syrupy sweetness. It reminded me of the sauce that comes with sweet and sour chicken at cheap Chinese restaurants. And the worst part was that the mushrooms in it were canned, not fresh, and were slimy and rubbery. There was barely any tofu, no chicken or shrimp-- a waste of the $4 you pay for it. The red curry with squid was a little better but was generally quite bland-- I don't like super spicy food, but it was essentially flavorless, and a pale orange color. The squid was all rings (no tentacles) and was pretty tough. I felt like I was ripped off. Maybe their other food is better-- I don't know. Maybe they were having an off night. Also, I don't know about the atmosphere, because I got delivery. So no more Erb for me, at least for now.
