Not too bad, Not too good either though.

Atmosphere: The kitchen looked spotless. The seating area was a bit cramped/basically non-existant, though. I consider this place more of a take-out spot. Food: I grabbed the Veggie burger on my first visit and the salmon salad on my second. Veggie burger was not bad, but nothing spectacular - run of the mill mixed veggie patty that you've probably had before. It's the premade stuff that a lot of restaurants serve (unfortuately). It was very filling though. My burger/bun was not burned or dry at all like the other reviewers experienced. The salad was %50 off due to a promo running this month. Eh, there was not very much salmon. The salad was so incredibly blah. Would not order again. Not worth the full price. Cool Points: You can schedule when you'd like the food to be ready by ordering online. You don't have to wait in line!

    burned and dry

I've tried different kinds of burgers at this place and either the bun or the patty is burned. I dont get it. I've had turkey burgers and had to smother it in ketchup becuase it was so dry. and i've had chicken burgers there but had to get rid of the bun because it was burned. I'm paying full price on my lunch i expect to be able to eat everything that I purchased.

    just ok

the wraps are pretty good... they do a decent "healthy" chicken parmigiana. stay away from the burgers though - they're totally lackluster and dry.

    Why?

I was looking for a healthy choice in wall street area and found Energy Kitchen. So I order chicken and mixed veggies, it could have been a micorowavable meal the way that thing tasted and the size of the dish. Not worth the money.

excellent source of protein and taste!

The service was really really great. They have the perfect source of guilt free selections of breakfast lunch and dinner to choose from! My favorite is the salmon and the bison burger, the seared tuna is a must try!

Worth the money, saved on calories

Since they redid all of the stores, going in has made the experience even better. Love getting the bison cheesesteak, or having the chicken stir fry is solid. Started adding EK to my breakfast rotation too.
