Not recommended
The food was dry and mediocre. The baked fries were unappetizing. They were soggy and flavorless. I put them in my toaster oven for a while to try to crisp them up but it didn't help. I threw them out. Will not ever order from here again.

Good healthy eating
Let's face it, healthy options are not in abundance in NYC and this place does a good job. The protein pancakes are good and great with banana added. For lunch or dinner, the wraps are the way to go. Chicken stir fry, Thai chicken and the Tex Mex are my favs. As for the platters the salmon is good and the turkey meatloaf is not bad. At the end of the day this beats a chicken breast on the George Foreman grill any day.

Debacle
Worst delivery experience I have had in the city to date. Estimated delivery time was 25-40 minutes. The phone call didn't come until an hour after I ordered. Only to find out they had delivered to the wrong address. I called and they offered to redeliver, once again to the WRONG address. Ridiculously bad service. Didn't get the the cold food until almost 2 hours after the order. Don't understand how places like this survive in the recession...

Satisfactory
I just looooveee their protein brownies (theyre huge, we normally order 2 of them at work and split it between 6 of us). their food is okay, NOT the best, but it will pass, for being light and healthy. Most of their choices are low in calories and fat, so Im psyched about that. also, they have their nutrition information on the website so you can choose your meals carefully to suite your self. Their foods arent that tasty, like someone else said, i think they forgot to add spices and flavor. if you do order there, get their Chicken Stir Fry or turkey burger.

Don't bother..
The food is sub par and the service is the same. Whatever you do DO NOT order for delivery. Every time we've ordered from them they have either made a mistake ( ex: forgetting someones food, delivering the wrong thing, etc..) or it's taken well over an hour. We're 10 blocks away.. The title says it all. Don't bother..

Like a powdered paste
I got a veggie burger and it tastes like a powdered paste with some random carrot chunks mixed in. I took a bite and had to spit it out. By far the worst veggie burger I've ever had in my life. The place looks like McDonald's and smells like a pet store. Don't go here!

Lunch Review
The food was ample about and the service was good as well. We had a sit in lunch and the place was very clean. Would recommend this for breakfast or lunch.
