Energy Fuel

This restaurant used to be good with fairly prices. Now their prices are ridiculously high. Their salads are overpriced. You are better off eating your salad at a 5 star restaurant than this little restaurant and the calories and prices probably would be the same or even cheaper. The money that you paid for a salad is not worth it. Won’t eat there ever again or recommend this restaurant at all.

I like this place, don't get me wrong. The food is good, if you order the right thing, or if the right person makes it. There seems to be a huge problem with the staff. Most seem to not speak english very well, or at all. I wouldn't care, except it makes ordering over the phone impossible. They always are in a rush, they never get my address right, even worse, I get things I did not order, that just happened to start with the same letter! As far as food, again, if you go there they do a great job, but sometimes when you order, they seem to just through it together, and def don't order the smoothies over the phone. They show up watery and tasteless. I bought a juicer a few weeks ago and can make better drinks in that thing and my blender. I really think this place could be something good if they just cared a bit more. It's just too bad they probably never will.

Went here last week with a friend who lives nearby. When I lived in the city I used to eat at the Pump and Energy Kitchen more because I felt it was healthy rather than really loving it. But Energy Fuel incorporates those same ideals and has actually managed to transform it into some amazing food! The atmosphere seems more geared towards take-out but we ate there and felt it was fine. I like that they use proper plates, forks and knives rather than unnecessarily using plastic or paper for dine-in customers. An environmentally friendly bonus. I like to cook, but if I lived close to Energy Fuel I'd definitely cook a lot less. Plenty of vegan/vegetarian options and those spicy air-baked fries...no words can describe how good they are! I'll be visiting Bay Ridge more often just to come here. A definite win!

The food there tastes so good. No sacrifice on taste. Huge selection of food to choose from. A little small in this location but not a huge deal. Recommended!!!
