I Fish Chili Basil deep fried whole red snapper topped with chili sauce, bell pepper, onion & basil leaves. It was nothing close to that except for the loaded onions and bell peppers. The sause was so sweet and they forgot to add the chili. It came up to $16.35 . Never again.

I would not reccommend this restaurant to ANYONE! The service was absolutely subpar, I couldn't get a water until I was almost done with my meal, which was the poorest sushi I have ever had in my life.. And it took even longer to get the check. The servers were rude, the salmon roll was disappointing, it tastes like refrigerator, and they charged us a "mandatory" 18 percent tip.. And for someone who works at a restaurant I find that to be ridiculous.. Given that the service was so poor. I have never complained about a restaurant before.

i placed an order for delivery for three people. they charged us correctly, however they didnt include one of the items we ordered (they charged us for), they also didnt include any sauces or utensils. Keep in mind that i had to wait an hour to get the delivery, I am only 10 min walk from the restaurant. When I called to ask about the missing food, I was told I had to wait an extra 35 mins! Naturally I was unhappy, but they didnt think that waiting an hour an half was not a problem. Never again am I ordering for delivery

Ordered the Pepper Steak lunch special. Beef was very undercooked. Asked for egg drop soup, was told they were out of egg drop. Had to spend $10 to use my debit card even though it is illegal to establish a minimum charge for use of credit or debit.

I work in the area and has a difficult time finding a decent place for Asian food during lunch. The service is quick, the price is reasonable and the food is above average. Been there 4-5 times already and have tried a different plate each time. The Thai fried rice is good.

We just moved to tribeca from the west village and thought we had it bad there... This was the worst chinese food we have ever had. Our order consisted of shrimp shumai ( tiny and not sure there was any shrimp in it), kung pao chicken ( chicken tasted old and sauce tasted like black pepper and ketchup) and sesame beef ( soggy and unappetizing). These are all very standard dishes but none of them were even edible. I don't usually write reviews but thought the poor quality of this food was worthy of one. $30 poorer and still hungry....

I live around the block and think this place is great; I went on opening night and have been back twice already (this coming from someone who has trouble eating at the same place twice since there are so many amazing restaurants to choose from in this city). Easy, inexpensive and good.
