Like a Bad Drug Habit
This place is like a bad drug habit. The food keeps you coming back for more (very addicting) but the service is so poor just makes you wonder why you ever come back. Food is very tastey, with a lot of variety, and pretty affordable. However, the service is slow and staff lacks good customer service skills. The space itself is cramped and usually crowded. They consitently make mistakes so make sure to check your take out/delivery orders. Even with all these customer service problems I can't help myself to go back. I guess shame on me but this addict can't help himself.

Horrible servicce, Yummy food
After having multiple delivery complications with my food. I decided to actually dine at the restaurant. What a mess this place is! Took them 15 mins to come take my order, then when it came (20 mins later) they gave it to the table next to me. I had to personally tell the couple next to me those were my empanadas. I could go on, but i'm feeling all complainy. Long story short, the service is poor. So pick up your food. Definitely try the Brazil empanada. It's the best!

Great Food, but slow service & crowded
The menu has a large variety to offer, but the service and seating was limited. I would imagine that it is not a good idea to go during the peak of lunch and especially a Wednesday. The location is in the heart of the theater district and it is great for a quick meal. I would go again but next time I would takeout and dine in my office or home.

best affordable NYC food
Really good food in an admittedly dim, crowded TINY venue. Will go back every time. Check your to-go. Order staff is in too big a hurry to be careful.

Good
I eat these all the time. yeah, it takes a while to get your food, but so what, that's the deal here. It' s like L.A. traffic. It's always going to be that way, so just sit back and wait for some great empanadas. Love the spicy Chicken, Cheeseburger and Polish Sausage with Sauerkraut.

Great food slow service
Delivery is S L O W , but if you have the time to wait, they are awesome! The place is tiny, so pick up is really the way to go.

stingy with hot sauce
They are strangely stingy with hot sauce.. I quit ordering from them because they always got the order wrong or wouldn't put enough sauce with it. Today I made the mistake of ordering again, saying three times I want sauce, and once again.. same problem.
