Friends had been here before and said it was neat with the servers singing. The food was not bad and the singing servers were very cool! The bad part was when the check came. We asked to split the check and the server said no problem. He was gone for what seemed like forever and finally came back with the checks. Everything looked fine except the tip. On the menu and the actual check it says for parties over 5 there will be 18% tip added. Well we were only 3 people and they added the tip. I really dislike this because I am a good tipper and would have left more had they not added it automatically. We left and the following day I was charged the correct amount but the other person in my party was not only charged for her amount but my amount as well. We went back in and the "manager" was very rude and was unwilling to fix the error. He said that it would have to be fixed later. We explained that we were leaving town and he acted as if he didnt give a rats behind and just kept trying to explain why it could have happened. When you have 2 charges on a card and are from thousands of miles away, youd like to have the issue taken care of.

We only went for milkshakes since some reviews for the food were not so favorable. We went on a Friday night and it was fabulous. My kids ages 8 and 10 loved it too! The female singers imparticular were phenomenal. We can't wait to go again on our next visit to the big Apple.

This was our second time at the Stardust dinner. Our first time was a nice experience. I've recomment ellens to several friends over the last few years, but our second time was not as nice. Everything was rushed, food was served same time as the appetizer. The portions were so small on the chicken fingers that I had to ask the waiter if they mistakenly brought out a kids meal. The entertainment is very good, but unless your sitting on the first floor or on the rail of the second floor, you really don't get to enjoy the entertainment. I know they can do a better job, they just need to be made aware of we're they are coming up short. I know it's a busy time of the year, but these are the times that stick in people's memories. You don't usually get a second chance.

this place was awesome! great service and entertainment. A tour guide suggested the place and we went for breakfast. They didnt miss a beat singing and waiting on tables all at the same time it made for the best breakfast ever. I will definately visit there whenever in new york.

A friend told us to try it and we were very surprised at how good the place is. The singers were great and the food was good.
