Lovely neighborhood restaurant
We saw all the mixed reviews and went there anyway because it was convenient. It turned out to be lovely. Our food was delicious (the special was more expensive than anything on the menu, so if money matters, ask in advance). The service was lovely. It was the first warm day so we could sit outside, which was another plus. The inside was charming as well. Maybe people who get bad service are grumps? We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Also, although we don't have little kids anymore, it appeared to be a very happy little kid place. The bar looked very comfy. The wine was good, as was the desert.

Its on its way out
This restaurant used to be so good. The waitstaff has changed. The food is sloppy and takes forever even though the restaurant is not full. Also the restaurant used to have a A on the door. However now the health inspection is "GRADE PENDING" no no. Not going to be coming back when there are better restaurants with A for their health inspection

I love this place!
Elizabeth's is SUCH a great addition to our neighborhood! The UWS 90's needed a friendly upscale-casual spot like this. We've gone there several times for dinners, lunches, or just drinks. Never disappointed!

Good addition
Im surprised at all these not great reviews. I have eaten mostly at the bar but not exclusively. I have never had a problem with the service nor being seated. The staff is friendly, the food is good, plain but not boring, baked chicken, meatloaf, nice salads. I go here when I want something I would make myself but don't feel like making it. Great place for a few block stretch which is quiet and filled will people from the 'hood.

Not Recommended
My boyfriend and went here not long after it opened and thought it just wasn't that great. We gave them another chance and ordered from them- he got the same food and it was still the same- no flavor/overpriced. We will not be coming back.

great neighborhood addition
We've been here several times for dinner and the food and service have always been consistently good. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and good food. A great addition to the UWS.

Wish it was better!
Great atmosphere. Slow service, waited 35 minutes for dinner. Turkey burger was delicious. More than 6 mushrooms on the burger would have been nice! Fried chicken was dry (how is this even possible!) and the mac and cheese had no taste. I might return for a burger and a swing on the porch, but nothing else.
