It's great
Caridad is a great restaurant the people are friendly the food is delicious, and just overall it is a great place. Service is kind and unlike some may say it is on time and provided with care.

A Disappointment
I went in on 12-16 for a lunch date. As soon as I walked in I can say I did not like the ambience. The food we ordered was average. The taste was ok and the portions were not that generous like a regular Dominican place would serve. About 12 minutes after we both finished eating, we had to call the waitress (who was paying more attention to the gossip another co-worker was saying than to us) so she could retrieved the dirty dishes. Another 5 minutes went by before she noticed we had been trying to get her attention.

Yummy, filling food for great prices
I love this place! They have huge lunch specials for $3.99 and the food is great. The roast chicken is the best. The only tricky thing can be ordering in english, it just depends who serves you, but everyone is very nice.

decent dominican cuisine, cheap prices
Like its neighbor Embajada - has average/good Dominican food (fried meat, stews w/ rice and beans) for cheap prices
