I know most people are going to think I'm a hater. But three of us ordered 3 different meals from there. Person 1&2: Cueso Ranchero - $8 ea - Too salty. Not edible. Straight to Garbage, BOTH OF US. Person 1: Enchiladas - $14 - Good. Not worth the price. Person 2: Beef Barrito - $10 - Good +. Presentation, flavor and texture good. Meat had some chewy portions due to the tendons not being discarded when meat was sliced up. Person 3: Cheese Quesadilla - $12! - Good, not worth the price Person 3: Chips & Salsa - $4 - The salsa looked off she said. "It looked like it was blended..." It was very watery. We will not order from them again, due to the price vs quality issue across the orders. This is authentic food. I had way better... even at Taco Bell.. At least I knew what I was paying for. :( THUMBS DOWN.. sorry. Call Chef Ramsey! Save that restaurant!

The food was served old & cold. The food was tasteless. The establishment so dirty, there's no hand soap in the bathrooms. I only tried this restaurant because of Blackstone discount. Never again. I did not eat my meal and paid so expensive for it. The place was also so smelly!

Maybe this place is a completely different scene at lunch time, but after trying it for dinner at 8:00 on a weekday night, I'm forced to seriously doubt the veracity of the previous glowing reviews. For the entire time I was there, there was not a single other customer. The waiter was friendly enough, but this was a casual Mexican restaurant that doesn't put out chips and salsa and isn't able to make frozen margaritas. Yes, the dishes were reasonably priced, but my enchilada was definitely on the skimpy side. As for atmosphere, it really feels more like a bar (without much of a bar) than a restaurant. I guess you'd have to try it to understand. I hate writing a bad review, but after trying this place based on the 3 other perfect reviews, I feel it's my duty as a menupages user to chime in.

I had some clients meet me for dinner before a concert at the Garden. Given the dearth of good restaurants in the area, I gave Ranchito a try. What a great experience! Awesome food, great service and a cheap bill. What more could you ask for. This place is a gem. I cant wait to go back!

This was an amazing restaurant. The food was great and very reasonably priced. This has become my new favorite mexican restaurant.

It is an all you can eat buffet for only eight dollars. It is the most delicious mexican food I've ever eaten, I have no complains for this restaurant, the service was great. I will come back again and bring some friends!
