good food, not customer service
Instead of cooking for Thankgivings, I ordered their #2 combo for my family. I called them on the phone and read from their menu that I had. I made sure to confirm what was included and was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes and they got th e order wrong. I asked for a salad and got vegetables. I asked for diet coke and I got country club merengue. In addition, I did reach any garlic & onion the sauce. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and complained about the order. He said he would rectify the problem and send someone back. The manager never sent someone back to correct the mistake. Food was all right, but lousy service. I am never ordering from them again.

Terrible
I was so encouraged by all the positive reviews here that I ordered delivery through the website. When I called an hour and a half later they made some excuse that the "system had been down" and took my order again (writing down my address and all the details wrong...probably due to the deafening music in the background), and promising a complimentary soda as an apology. Some time after that my food arrived...but it was the wrong order...and there was no complimentary soda. The chicken was mediocre but the plantains were good. Never again will I order again from this restaurant. Very disappointing.

yummy dominican comfort food with great customer service!
The food at this typical dominican spot is better than the others in the neighborhood. The rotisserie chicken, for example, has a smoked flavor that I've never encountered at any other restaurant in this area. I've only ordered delivery so I haven't seen for myself but it's supposedly roasted in a wood burning oven. Sometimes the phones get a little busier than they can handle but the owner, George, is so friendly and helpful that you can't help but be in good spirits nonetheless. The prices are very reasonable. And, happily for me, they have consistently good restaurant inspection results :-)

Wood fired = amazing
Best food on st. nicholas! The chicken is amazing, and you can order online. Makes it really easy and convenient.

The best chicken in washinton Heights
In this restaurants the chicken is so good and well cooked and it brings this delicious green sauce. Also the is so cheap and delivery is fast too better good cookers and employees.
