    Delivery

Want some chicken and rice delivered to you? Maybe some sweet, gooey fried plantains sent your way? At home with a hunger for anything Dominican? The people at El Presidente know exactly what you're going through, and they respond with the following catchy slogan: TOO F****N' BAD. Pick up the phone and say the magic word "Delivery." You will be treated to cheesy 1980's elevator music and recorded reassurances that "you the customer are valuable," and how "they can't wait to speak to you" until you hang up. There are plenty of other Dominican joints in the area with food that offer better quality, and often at a better value. The kicker is that those other places seem like they care about the whole delivery schtick.

    Good food, poor, poor service

I love the food from this restaurant, but sometimes I opt for another restaurant. These ladies are a bit lazy. I was calling last week to place an order for pick up... lady puts me on hold. After 5 mins I hang up. I call again, no answer. I call again, puts me on hold, but by that time I had driven there already. I go in and guess what? They are all chatting! it's NOT busy! they kept putting me on hold to gossip! I was shocked!

Great Food Awful Delivery for late night weekends

I love this restaurant, I usually order from here everyday, but good luck trying to order on a weeknight. They put you on hold without picking up and telling you theyre going to put you on hold, whatever you ask for if they're feeling busy or lazy they tell you they don't have or that it'll be wait of an hour or so (I didnt think boiling a pot of pasta really took that long, but I was too tired to argue), they're rude and tell you to call back later because for some reason or another they can't take your order that minute. Or most of the time, they just don't pick up at all. Like I said, great food, but don't order on the weekends, its way too busy for them to care to deliver anything.

    Best chicken ever!... blah service

The tacos, and clubs are excellent and the roast chicken ($5 only for lunch and it's huge) is the best chicken I've ever had. The servers are not the quickest or most attentive and the music is too loud (loud music mainly a problem at dinner only), but it's a great meal at a good price.
