not impressed with beef
Ordered a lot of beef(encebollado),taco bistec and tortas bistec. My main complaint is the beef was too bloody tasting. It wasn't literally bloody, just very gamey, muscular tasting. They really need to marinate the beef in something that will mask the inferior quality of the beef. Delivery was prompt and the order taker was courteous. Prices may have gone up.

A lot of good, one negative
I love the food here, but have had bad experience with the service. The guacomole is fantastic but when I ordered it the last time I ate there, it never came. How annoying to watch people who walked in and ordered after us enjoying their guac! Even after I reminded the waiter, it never arrived. I stick to delivery from now on.

Terrific Food
If you want great authentic Mexico food you have to stop by here. You have to try the Guacamole! It is definitely the best. Accepts Visa & Mastercard only...

Delicioso!
Hands down, the best Mexican I have EVER had. And this is traditional Mexican. I find it curious how some of the reviews say small portions. I found the portions to be huge and found it difficult to even finish my plate! I've never tasted such amazing guacamole in my life and the enchiladas were spectacular. Really good pitcher of Margaritas as well, very strong, they certainly did not skimp on the tequila! Viva El Paso Taqueria!

Gotta Have It
This was a pleasurable find. The restaurant is on a residential street and has a homey feel to it. The guacamole is fresh and so good! It's a must have. I have eaten here twice and enjoyed my meal each time. This place is definitely worth a try.

Best Mexican Ever - El Paso is a must
We found this place about 6 months ago and have visited 6 times, and now are going to experience there takeout. The guacamole is to dye for!! Do not pass this up!! The best AUTHENTIC mexican food we have had in all of manhattan - and we eat out a lot! Recommend the burrito al pastor - HUGE, not small servings at all. Anything with chicken, it's fresh and is marinated to perfection. Even if you are not local this place is worth visiting. Atmosphere is cozy and warm, tight tables but that's NYC for you. I've never had one problem with the service, very attentive and my water has always been filled to the brim. I was really surprised by these other reviews. Prices are great! El Paso is a must!

Good Food......Small Portions.....
Food taste good and they give you just enough to be hungry after eating....... I am not a big fan of being hungry "after" I eat.....
