Not recommended
Upon ordering some food over the phone, the person taking the order was very rude. Too lazy to take my address down on pen and paper? Then referred me to another of their other chains.

Ordering is a No No
Had a disappointing experience ordering food from here. Not only did they send me the wrong food twice, they left me waiting for over 15 minutes to speak to the manager. After waiting 15 minutes I was told that the manager was not there. Maybe you'll have better luck going directly to the place.

Food ok, service needs help
Took the family out to dinner early, the place was nearly empty and had the chance to pick our own table. Our waitress how could she help us, when asked if there was any specials she looked lost and unsure. She was not very forthcoming with service. After we order we did not see her until our food was brought out to us and then we did not see her again until it was time for us to leave. We had to ask another waiter for water. My wife and I have been here before and have always enjoy sitting at the bar and ordering food and drinks from there. The bartender is always asking if there is any thing else we need. We will definetly be sticking with the bar from now on. Its a shame!

Always a delight
I can not get enough of their food, amazing. My favorite dish is the stew chicken w/ rice and beans, and a chicken pastellio, u can't go wrong with that meal, promise !

Great food, poor delivery
Food is awesome and quantity but they must deliver faster and need an English speaker on deck
