Best Chicken Sandwich in town!
Their roast chicken sandwich is the absolutely the best but like other reviewers, I am dissappointed with the service. You could sit there for minutes on end before being attended. As for the delivery man, YES, they seem to have only one. This guy does wear shades all the time and intimidating. Worse yet. he even dictates how much you should tip him when he delivers your food to your doorstep. He wanted me to tip him $4.00 one time because times are bad and he had a family to support. Mind you, I live a few blocks from the restaurant and with $4.00, I could have bought another sandwichfor my next day lunch. Again, the food is good at times but the in-restaurant service needs some work, the staff needs to be more customer oriented and the delivery man needs to stop acting as though his life depended on tips alone.

Great Food, Crappy Service
On a Friday evening, 6 p.m. I was craving for some greasy Latin Food so I decided to check this place out. I knew exactly what I was going to get since I printed out a menu beforehand. When I arrived, the man in the front did not even acknowledge my precence, tallying his checks for the day, took phone calls and even made himself a cup of joe! This must've been about 7 mins until I finally spoke & asked to make an order. The food was amazing, I ordered Baked Chicken & Fried Porkchops both came with rice and beans, no complaints whatsoever; but their service was extremely disappointing. A customer shouldn't feel intimidated. To the owners, if you're reading this please shape up, its no good for business!

Don't pass this one by
The food is good and inexpensive, the service is good and you won't be leaving hungry. Just about all of the food here is well worth a try. Enjoy!!!!!!!

Dear El Castillo,
I love you. You're cheap and delicious (that's what she said, whoooo!) but I really wish you guys would get another regular delivery guy. He grosses me out. He's slimy. Even though he's always wearing shades, you can still feel his eyes. He stands a few seconds too long staring at you and smirking after you pay him. Now obviously, I love your food or else I wouldn't continue to order delivery knowing there's a 97% chance it'll be him. I just think that I shouldn't have to silently cheer to myself when for some reason he's not the one who shows up at my door. Love, Me

Yum!
Castillo is great, authentic Dominican food, almost as good as my abuelita makes! Good sized portions for cheap, fast delivery, and I personally think the restaurant itself is pretty cute, despite being very diner-esque. If you're looking for great latin food, it's Castillo all the way!

Won-der-Full
I come here every weekend with my family. Their servings are tremedous! You have enough food for two days unless you're very hungry. Since it's only a 15 minute train ride from my job, I go about once a month for lunch during work. My co-workers fell in love with the richness and quantity of the food. So we make it a once a month for every deal. Also, if you're a little on the poor side, this a great place like I mentioned above to have a meal for more than one sitting. I give this place an A++. -)
