Great new addition to the UES
I ate at Eighteen last night and loved it! Great atmosphere, very attentive staff, and most of all, delicious! Everything was fresh, and the sushi was the best I have had yet in the neighborhood. Great find, and great new addition to the UES, I will definetely be back!

Excellent kosher food on the UES!
Stopped by this local kosher eatery last week and have since been back 3 times! The food is fantastic - fresh kosher meats and consistently great quality. I also love the Israeli salad appetizer and combo. Mediterranean platter. The food/value/prices can't be beat! The ambiance is also very welcoming. The restaurant is quaint, with dim lights and elegant amenities. An added plus? BYO kosher! I'd recommend Eighteen as a fabulous place for those kosher and non!

The Best Kosher Place in NYC
This place just had a great vibe to it. The food and atmosphere were just great. I had the burger with pastrami with a side of fries and it was out of this world. I also was expecting the sushi to be so-so but I was wrong... it was better than most sushi places in NYC. I would highly recommend this place.

The best kosher restaurant and fantastic sushi!
As a first reviewer, I am so delighted that there is actually a kosher restaurant that is not overpriced and absolutely amazing. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was super lean and the gravy was homemade. The salmon and tuna cucumber roll melted in my mouth. Since I just ordered for delivery I can't comment on the atmosphere but I cannot wait to dine there. What a brilliant idea to have sushi and deli together. Thanks.

Good food, kinks need to be worked out for service
we ordered appetizer and main dishes, they brought them all together which always bothers me. food was good, pastrami sandwich is good but if you are looking for the 2nd coming of Katz' or 2nd Avenue Deli look elsewhere. They aren't charging 19 dollars either. sushi was actually very good as well. if they can figure out how to get the service straightened out they could do ok. i will give them the benefit of the doubt and return.
