Great breakfast spot
This place is great! It is not pretentious and is a good value. The food is great and the staff is friendly.

the best coffee shop in nyc
the out doors. wifi .the atmosphere. the service is great the bring the food to your table and the food is so fresh and good it get too busy sometime if you come early morning is the best must go

Honest to goodness
Love the lattes... like the sandwiches which taste fresh... love the service where they will let you know what is prepared and the ingredients of same if you would like...

great latte
Love this place; realy cool people. You always find a happy vibe in the place full of smiles and fresh food. You dont see many places that are, cheap, trendy, fresh, great service with great latte in a mug. Love Effy's Cafe.

great place to hang out and have a coffee
i was there for two hours doing some homework. great latte great service. the salad was fresh and everything come with the smile the people there love to work there .you can feel it , you dont see it everyway you go. too bed

love effys
i meet so many new people there very easy going atmosphere the food very fresh great salad and wraps all the menu is 6$to 8$ dishs where else you can seat outdoors for only cup of coffee 1.25 i am going out with someone for a year all thanks to effys effys rocks

free refills on coffee??
People have posted about an unlimited refill cup of coffee at this place but I did not experience that at all! I ordered coffee with my breakfast and when my coffee cup was empty, I went up to the counter and asked for more coffee and she said she would charge me for another full price cup.
